Abstract
By combining a curved-crystal spectrometer and a bremsstrahlung source, it was possible to construct a tunable gamma-ray source producing monochromatic gamma-ray beams with energies ranging from 75 keV up to one MeV. We report on the first results obtained with such a tunable gamma-ray source at the University of Ghent in a Fribourg-Ghent collaboration.
