Abstract
A transplanter mounting attachment was developed for a tobacco harvester chassis. Tests were conducted to compare transplanting of burley tobacco with the harvester-transplanter to a conventional transplanting method. Plant survivability, plant growth, and yield were not significantly different between plots transplanted by the two methods of transplanting.
