Stilwell: (top) is an Associate Professor and Director of Graduate Studies in the Department of Educational Psychology and Counseling in the College of Education at the University of Kentucky in Lexington. Since 1971 he has been program chairman for an AERA special interest group on systems research; he is interested in the application of systems research to affective and career education programs. He would like to see the integration of counseling interventions, classroom management, and curricular innovations into an overall system and is pursuing the development of models for implementing programs and selected strategies that take into account the needs of students, parents, and teachers.Search for more papers by this authorDavid A. Santoro: (bottom) is an Assistant Professor in and Coordinator of the Counselor Education Program in the College of Education at Cleveland State University in Ohio. He has been a consultant and moderator for a dozen half-hour films, six on behavior modification in the classroom and six on approaches to individualizing education.
