Abstract
I have the honour of holding the position of Chair of the Nursing Education Sub-Committee (NESC) and am a Nurse Member of the Education Committee for the International Continence Society. I am the only nurse member on the main Education Committee of 17. The only other member of this committee who is not a medic, is a physiotherapist. This rather unequal balance means that the physiotherapist and I sometimes have a bit of a fight on our hands getting our voices heard.
