Abstract

We present, in this paper, a tool of graphic representation of Petri nets used for the modelization of flexible manufacturing systems. This tool allows these graphs to be automatically generated. For this, we have developed a method, based on simple rules. This method allows the automatic positioning of places of Petri nets associated to the modelization of a discrete event systems, and leads to an ideal display of graphs. This method helps different production means to be relatively positioned and enables the conveyance of the products in the workshop to be optimized.
