Abstract

ABSTRACT: This article is about the need of precise and objective rules on the conduct of ethics applicable to arbitrators, describing the importance of the determination of such conduct and the lack thereof in Brazil, bringing the provisions of the Brazilian Arbitration Law, Brazilian and foreign arbitral and professional institution rules, and the standard set forth in international arbitration on this matter.
