Abstract

To a certain extent, the traditional voltage and current double closed-loop regulation is able to satisfy the regulatory requirements of induction heating power supply. However, its limiting effect to voltage or current will cause the phenomenon that the output power is less than the rated power. Therefore in this paper, a novel three-stage power regulation strategy is put forward based on the analysis of the working condition of a parallel inverter and comparison with the traditional voltage and current double closed-loop control strategy. It makes the power supply maintain load matching and output a constant rated power. And the regulation of system is simulated using matlab when the analog load changes and the net voltage fluctuates, which confirms the advantage of the proposed three-stage power regulation strategy.
