Abstract
A comprehensive three-flavour analysis of the existing experimental information on accelerator, atmospheric and solar neutrinos allows to determine the mass eigenstates as well as the complete mixing matrix relating mass and flavour eigenstates. The masses are found to be in agreement with the leptonic quadratic hierarchy of the see-saw model and large enough to render energy-independent any oscillation-induced observable in solar neutrino physics, in agreement with all available data. The solution obtained for the mixing matrix is unique. The most relevant implications are discussed.
