Abstract
When I established the genus Psilotrichopsis to accommodate Aerva curtisii Oliv. and Ae. cochinchinensis (Townsend, I974), I mentioned in conclusion that I had seen no material of Aerva hainanensis How, said to be near Ae. cochinchinensis.
