Introduction

Immigration and terrorism had risen to public attention in recent times and frequently become central topics in political discourse of both domestic and international policy. Research conducted by the author for the U.S government between 2002 and 2004 and subsequent declassified portions published (Vaisman-Tzachor, 2006, 2007, 2012a) reveals particular psychological factors that facilitate the recruitment and radicalization process. There are numerous and diverse circumstances that bring people to immigrate to the United States, and similar number of potential legal considerations for their adjudication which could be assisted by psychological evaluations.
