Abstract

Recently, media technology has been actively adopted in the performing arts industry to realize the dramatic imagination of artists, with the trend of productions becoming more high-tech, larger in size, and longer-lasting. In this research, in terms of using media technology in performance, the possibility of moving beyond the existing state of image projection, where an image is projected onto a fixed object, is suggested in order to realize artists’ dramatic imaginings through technology that projects images onto moving objects in real time.
