Abstract
A technique has been described for stereotaxically performing microelectro-phoretic studies on single brain cells in awake, non-paralyzed cats. The method permits examination of neurones in many areas of the feline brain and it could readily be adapted to other species. The animals can be used repeatedly over long periods of time.
