A technique for manufacturing passive HF and UHF elements based on high-temperature superconducting YBCO films: Parameters of test samples

Abstract

The results from measurements of superconducting resonators and filters in both the HF and UHF range are described. These resonators and filters were made using YBCO thin films. Performance of the fabricated samples is no worse than the performance reported in the literature, demonstrating the high level of laboratory techniques developed at the IPM.
