A technique for exposure of the torus palatinus during reduction surgery

Abstract

AbstractExposure of the torus palatinus during reduction surgery often presents with some difficulties, namely, achieving adequate exposure while minimising trauma to the palatal mucosa. In this article, we describe a simple technique that provides generous access, and further reduces trauma, to the palatal mucosa.
