Abstract
In order to improve self-sufficiency and quick adaptability of foreign students in technological research works, a practical method is developed, in which the teaching method of Technical Japanese is improved by a local network of personal computers linked to the internet. Such a support system is employed because of its ease of use for engineering students.This method is effective for obtaining academic information and for learning Technical Japanese. Also, it has been proved that foreign students are provided opportunities for exchanging information and communicating among themselves, if they could use various electronic media at any time for technological research works. This system makes students confident and boosts their works effectively.
