Abstract
In this paper, we propose an energy-efficient overload control algorithm to solve the overload control problem of Parlay gateway in the electric power communication network. Firstly, we employ the fairness and effectiveness principles as constraints to build an energy-efficient overload control model about Parlay gateway. Then the tabu search algorithm is adopted to optimize the energy efficiency model and attain a group of control rate for different services. The energy-efficient optimal overload control for Parlay gateway can be implemented. Simulation results indicate that our algorithm is feasible.
