Abstract

A generalized switched-capacitor (SC) bistable circuit is presented. This bistable is used to implement a waveform generator capable of frequency and/or amplitude modulation. A technique of preventing the op amp of a SC amplifier from going to zero each clock cycle is described. The predicted performance is confirmed by experimental results.
