A Survey on Cyber Security Awareness

Abstract

Nowadays, android phones are making a huge impact globally. According to the F-secure, the report says that 99% of current malwares are targeting the android OS. The main method of targeting the android is their permission system, where the software asks permission for the personal information of the users. The malware developers had two ways of attacking the android OS; one is reverse engineering technique, and another one is getting well-versed in the android permission system. Still, people are not aware of the real cyber security where the hackers are extracting our sensitive information without knowing. Since people are lacking knowledge about cyber security or social awareness, the hackers are gaining their success of getting our information and using it for incorrect purpose. This results in the threatening of the data and mitigation of the data. Now people have to be more conscious of keeping their data secure so that they can avoid this risky situation.
