Abstract
Equilibrium analyses of supply chain network are increasingly applied as tools that assist in better adjutsing policy and responsing to exogenous shocks. This paper studies the members' competition in a three-level supply chain network under a sound supply chain inventory pattern. It first establishes an intertemporal equilibrium model for each level and a total network intertemporal equilibrium model based on variational inequality and then concludes the equilibrium conditions for the system. This paper also provides economic explanations and validates it with an example.
