Post test was conducted after 7 days using the same self-structured knowledge questionnaires used for the pre- test. Results: The mean difference between the pre - test and post- test knowledge score was found to be 12.29 with t-value=-24.82, & p value =0.05 which indicates that indicates that Structured Teaching Programme regarding cardio pulmonary resuscitation was effective. Thus, the research Hypothesis H 1 is accepted.
