Abstract

The objective of this study was to assess the effectiveness of muscle energy technique with sleeper stretch on posterior shoulder tightness in tennis players. The study was conducted on 50 tennis players with posterior shoulder tightness by using GIRD (Gleno-humeral internal rotation deficit) criteria and the subjects fulfilling the inclusion and exclusion criteria were included in the study.
