Abstract

In this research study we did an analysis about the various attributes that affects the user experience in terms of service perception and user preference. This research work has made an effort to study the user experience of Amazon Pay. The purpose of the study was to assess the influence of user service perception on overall user experience of Amazon pay. To do the research we used descriptive analysis and collected both primary and secondary data. The primary data was obtained through journals, earlier research papers, and e-books. A self-administered questionnaire was prepared and a total of 126 responses were collected. The data was analyzed using the statistical software SPSS. The tools used for this research are Frequency analysis, Chi-square test, Regression test and Factor analysis. The study was able find that the service perception has a significant effect on the overall user experience.
