Abstract
As the use of various information service systems has become more common, the importance of users' user experience to the performance of the system is becoming more and more important, but detailed studies on how to measure them are still lacking. In particular, it is very important to increase accessibility and induce user participation in consideration of the characteristics of users due to the uniqueness of kiosks that are placed in public places and used by a large number of unspecified people. Therefore, in this paper, we would like to investigate the effect of user experience factors of unmanned order payment service of fast food stores on satisfaction and the relationship between user satisfaction and intention to use. As a result of the study, it was found that usefulness and affect factors greatly influence user satisfaction according to the order of user experience. And the satisfaction of unattended order payment kiosk users has been shown to have a great influence on the intention to use continuously. In the future, it is judged that it is necessary to further subdivide the user and devise a careful strategy for the user's functional and emotional needs for UX.
