Abstract
As one of the important basic industries in our country, the steel industry has been playing an important role in the economic development of our country. With the green transformation of manufacturing industry entering a critical period, it is particularly important for iron and steel enterprises to realize green transformation in the new era. Promote green transformation and continue to deepen. From the perspective of modern logistics, based on the idea of promoting the integration of iron and steel industry and modern logistics industry, this paper puts forward the development idea of constructing modern green logistics ecosystem from the three angles of green logistics, intelligent logistics and lean logistics.
