Abstract

The results of this study are as follows. First, when age is in the age of 30, it has a positive effect on the willingness to enter the enterprise type rental house. In other words, these results indicate that the 30s who are economically disadvantaged prefer leased housing because of the unstable rent structure and the limited ability to pay rent for self – residence. Second, it is considered that people who are living in a lease because the economic capacity is not self - contained in the form of housing occupation is likely to have an incentive to move into a lease. This is advantageous in that it can provide a stable contract period of 8 years and one-stop service due to economic difficulties. Third, it seems that there is an Additional payment intent to move into an enterprise type rental house. In other words, if there is an incentive to pay more than the rent of the current residence, it is desirable to move into the enterprise type rental house. Fourth, in terms of regional characteristics, Yongnam-myeon and Bongpyeong-dong were found to be positive for the occupation of enterprise type rental housing among 9 areas of Tongyoung. In the case of building enterprise type rental housing for Tongyeong in the future, it will be a great effect if marketing the enterprise type rental housing to these two regions. Fifth, the higher the favorability of brand characteristics, Especially, the preference of the enterprise type rental housing was more important than the recognition of the enterprise type rental housing.
