Abstract

The transformational leadership of teachers has increasingly attracted the attention of educational scholars in both China and the West, but there is relatively little research on transformational leadership of teachers in China. It has a profound impact on their teaching and student development by studying the transformational leadership of teachers. A sampling survey questionnaire was used to investigate and analyze the influencing factors of transformational leadership among 236 teachers. The results showed that transformational leadership is related to gender and age, and its dimensional changes vary depending on different educational backgrounds. This study explores the diversity and intersection of transformational leadership, which is of great significance for formulating teacher training and development plans in universities.
