Abstract

The annual management cost of multi-family housing in Korea is increasing significantly every year, and the interest of residents is also increasing as the total amount of management cost increases.,The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of multi-family housing in Busan that affect the sharing management cost to improve the understanding of the management cost to the stakeholders of multi-family housing. The scope of the study was based on the data of the management cost of 2018 released to the K-apt management information system for multi-family housing subject to compulsory management in Busan, and the factors influencing them were identified through multiple regression analysis. The characteristics of the urban space structure and living area in 2030 in Busan were classified into Eastern, Western, and Central regions, and the characteristics affecting the sharing management cost by region were analyzed. As a result, the characteristics of the complex, management characteristics, and facility characteristics had different effects on each living area. In addition, the analysis results of factors affecting the sharing management cost of Busan and each living area showed that regional characteristics showed significant effects and differences in the sharing management cost.
