Abstract

This study aimed to provide the theoretical basis for preventing and interventing the employment anxiety of medical college rural graduates through investigating the employment anxiety of rural medical college graduates and the influence factors.The author used basic self-investigating questionnaire,SAS as the measurements, tested the anxiety for 287 rural medical college graduates.The results showed that the total ratio for the employment anxiety of rural medical college graduates is 33.1% . The employment anxiety of male students was more serious than that of female.However, the difference was not significant.The results also showed that the employment anxiety of the medical college graduates with different genders and majors has significant differences.Medical college graduates' employment rotes of the anxiety of clinical and nursing graduates were more serious than medical technology and other majors; the employment anxiety of higher vocational colleg students' was more serious than the ones who take general colleges.The findings indicated that the employment anxiety of the medical college graduates with different genders and majors are salient. The colleges and the families should conduct pre-employment and employment guidance mental health education to medical college female graduates.
