Abstract

Given the existing resource constraint and environmental pollution in industrial enterprises, the super-efficient DEA model is used to analyze the technological development and stages of industrial enterprises in each province along with the and Road initiative. The empirical results show that there are obvious regional differences in the efficiency of green innovation along with One Road, with the average value of efficiency in the Road region is higher than the overall average value and the overall average value is higher than the Belt region. The green development stage is the main reason for the low efficiency of green innovation. According to the efficiency matrix of technology development-transformation of industrial enterprises in provinces along One Road, it can be seen that all the Road regions, except Fujian, are in the high development-high transformation category. Based on the empirical analysis, we propose optimized countermeasures to improve the efficiency of green innovation of industrial enterprises from the perspective of One Road, road and belt.
