Abstract

The study aims to determine how Yog Nidra affects frustration. Forty girls from Dev Sanskriti Vishwa Vidhyalaya in Haridwar, Uttarakhand, took part in this study. They range in age from 17 to 19. The experimental group had twenty girls, while the control group had twenty. The subjects' level of frustration was measured using a test that was created by respected professor Govind Tiwari and department head Dr. N. S. Chauhan of the psychology department at Agra University. The data analysis shows that the null hypothesis was disproved at the significance level of 0.01 and that Yoga-Nidra significantly reduced the level of Frustration.
