A Study on the Christian Campus Mission through Leadership Education - Focused on the Institute for Glocal Social Innovation at Sahmyook University -

Abstract

본 연구는 기독교 대학 선교의 방안으로 리더십 교육을 제안하였다. 그 제안을위해 먼저 리더십 교육의 필요를 세 가지로 논증하였다. 첫째, 기독교교육의 본질이 리더십 교육임을 설명하기 위하여 산업시대 리더십 패러다임을 비평하였다. 둘째, 인성교육으로서의 기독교 리더십교육은 덕목이 아닌 관계 중심의 존재론적인 주제임을 논하였다. 셋째, Z세대가 가진 일상과 공정에 대한 윤리적 의식은 기독교 리더십 교육이 추구하는 윤리적 인간상에 연결되는 고리가 됨을 파악하였 다. 이후 구체적인 리더십 교육 사례를 제안하기 위해 삼육대학교 글로컬사회혁신원이 주관하고 있는 교육과정들을 소개하였다.This study proposes a leadership education as a strategy for Campus Mission in Christian universities. The need for leadership education as a strategy of Campus Mission was demonstrated as follows: First, the industrial paradigm of leadership was critically analyzed in light of the Christian essence of leadership. Second, the essence of Christian leadership education is presented as a wholistic approach involving human ontology, character, and relationship. Third, the ethical sensitivity to social justice of Z-generation is highlighted as a common link to the Christian pursuit of human character. After demonstrating the value of Christian leadership education in Campus ministry, specific mission strategies of Glocal Social Innovation at Sahmyook University are proposed.
