Abstract
본 연구는 해양경찰의 청렴성과 영향요인을 측정, 분석하기 위한 목적으로 독립변수는 개인적 요인, 제도적요인, 환경적 요인 이며, 종속변수는 경찰청렴성의 인식이다. 연구결과는 첫째, 개인적 요인 중 떡값과 촌지의 인식의 전환이 청렴인식에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 환경적 요인 중 연고주의와 온정주의가 없을수록 청렴도 인식에는 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 제도적 요인은 청렴도인식에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 조사되었으며 이러한 연구를 기본으로 해양경찰은 조직의 청렴도 향상을 위한 다양한 정책을 시행하여야할 것이다.This study was designed to analyze the factors affecting the integrity of Coast Guard. Independent variables are personal factors, institutional factors, and environmental factors, and the dependent variable is the perception of police integrity. First, it was confirmed that the change of the a small present in the personal factors influenced the recognition of integrity. Second, the more positive the environmental factors are, the more positive the effect of integrity is. Third, institutional factors did not have a significant effect on the perception of integrity. Based on these studies, Coast Guard should implement various policies to improve the integrity of the organization.
