Abstract

The Educational Technology Ability Standard of The Elementary and Middle School Teachers regulates the ability of educational technology that elementary and middle school teachers are supposed to possess from four dimensions: consciousness and attitude,knowledge and skills, application and innovation,social responsibility. The present paper first elaborates the significance and features of The Elementary and Middle School Teacherspsila Educational Technology Ability Standard; it then analyses the two major training models for teacherspsila ability of educational technology: school-based training and normal school students training, emphasizing the difference between educational technology ability training and informational technology training.
