Abstract
In this paper, a survey was implemented about the commuter traffic jam problem that a company needs to tackle independently. The commutation traffic jam problem became a serious problem in the auto industry city, Toyota where our institute, Toyota Transportation Research Institute locates For such a City as Toyota, where a huge company has influence on the traffic and transportation situation very much, we think the company should consider to cooperate with government for the urban planning, transportation planning and especially the community transportation measures. We propose some effective suggestions to reduce Commuter traffic jam on the basis of the analysis of the good examples.
