Abstract

In this study, we conducted a survey of experts, related persons, and residents in two cases of super high-rise housing in Taipei, which have many common spaces and facilities on the upper floors. Mixing diverse resident groups, planning common spaces, setting up welfare facilities and stores on lower floors, community building events held in meeting rooms, etc., there are differences depending on the number of floors and uses of common spaces on the upper floors.
