Abstract
Covid-19 pandemic has brought radical change in almost all the fields, education sector is no exception. Education sector has been experiencing a sea change right from delivering lectures to conducting examinations. Technology has made education available online through different platforms. Though online education programs were made available to public even before COVID-19 pandemic but it got picked up pace only after COVID-19 pandemic. Government and Private educational institutions started offering many online programs. Online education has its own pros and cons. The present study is an effort to bring out the factors affecting the perception and satisfaction on online education. The study found that course content is the most significant and important determinant of satisfaction of online education.
