Abstract
This project is a comprehensive analysis of the social responsibility initiatives of Isha Foundation, a non-profit spiritual organisation. The paper provides a detailed overview of Isha Foundation’s approach to social responsibility, including Project GreenHands, Action for Rural Rejuvenation, Isha Vidhya, Rally for Rivers, Cauvery Calling and Save Soil initiatives. The analysis draws on relevant frameworks to explain how Isha Foundation social responsibility initiatives are guided by the Triple Bottom Line, the Stakeholder Theory, and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. The project concludes with a discussion of the impact of Isha Foundation’s social responsibility initiatives on the company’s brand and on society at large.
