Abstract

First It is introduced that marine oil spill research situation and the oil spill harm, as well as the oil spill risk analysis's necessity, then the Yangshan port sea area hydrodynamic model based on the POM model be given, The eastern harbor district and north harbor district of Yangshan port, two different position and three levels of oil spill was simulated with OILMAP, three rank's oil spill accidents, Through the simulation of three different wind condition oil film diffusion, drift movement, the temporal and spatial distribution of the oil film and wind field and flow of different oil film effects be studied. Finally, according to the function of Yangshan port waters area, sensitive area and oil spill simulation results, Yangshan port waters area is divided into three grades, the oil spill in different areas of the hazard are analyzed In the different periods. The results of the study is to protect the ecological environment, prevent oil spill have great significance.
