Abstract

The study aims to reveal secondary effects by the incorporation of neighborhood associations (hereinafter, referred to as “INA”). As a results, the vast majority of local governments don’t have a policy of prompting INA. Whereas INA have the secondary effects on improving awareness of the activity and an intention of acquisition of real estate.
