Abstract

The automatic pricing and replenishment decisions for vegetable products are based on the fact that vegetable products have relatively short shelf lives, and there is a wide variety of vegetable types for sale. Vegetable purchases typically occur in the early morning. Therefore, businesses often rely on historical sales and demand data for each product to make pricing and restocking decisions, even when they do not have exact information about individual item and purchase prices. This article is based on the data provided by the CUMCM to conduct relevant research.
