Abstract

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate about the latest trends in rehabilitation through systematic search on rehabilitation of patients with heart and lung diseases over thr past three years. Methods : The literature search was conducted between January 1, 2016 and May 2018 after searching for academic journals, general journals and academic papers of the Korea Research Foundation published through Internet search by PubMed, RISS and Scholar. The search was conducted by adding the physical therapy OR rehydration to each of the five risk factors, including COPD, RLD, PCI, CABG, and MI Results : Results of patients with heart disease reported abroad showed that the home cardiac rehabilitation program could significantly improve the ventricular functions of the acute myocardial infarction patient in a short period of time, and that NMES In addition, three endurance and resistance training programs for eight weeks of acute myocardial infarction patients have improved their performance. Conclusion : As a result of systematic search of five diseases, COPDs, MIs, CABGs, PCIs and RLDs, the latest rehabilitation treatments are more effective than conventional rehabilitation methods.
