Abstract

This paper focuses on an in-depth study of the vegetable pricing and replenishment decision problem in fresh produce superstores. Using data preprocessing and multiple mathematical models, the sales and correlation laws between different categories and single products of vegetable products are analyzed. Firstly, the cyclical pattern of sales is revealed through the analysis of historical sales data; secondly, the pricing and replenishment strategies are optimized by using multiple linear regression and time series models; finally, an optimization model is constructed to predict future sales and replenishment, taking into account the spatial limitation of sales.
