Abstract

AbstractWith the rapid development of financial market, the financial scale of more and more listed companies and large group companies expands rapidly, which also produces high financial management pressure and financial cost. In today’s informationization development and big data background, financial sharing center emerges as The Times require. The homogeneous and homogeneous repetitive work is attributed from each subsidiary company to a financial service center, so as to reduce financial costs, improve the operating efficiency of the company and improve the level of financial management. Taking Jiangsu Port Group as the object, this paper took advantage of the opportunity of graduation internship to build a financial sharing center project of Jiangsu Port Group. To understand the construction system and operation of the financial sharing center of Jiangsu Port Group by means of consulting materials and collecting data. Through the questionnaire survey, the problems existing in the financial shared service system were found, and optimization suggestions were put forward for such problems.
