Abstract

Financial information system which provides financial transaction customers with financial information service is based on various information. As leakage of financial information could bring much damage like possibility to be illegally used and monetary loss, financial policy institutions are required of various compliances relevant to financial information system operation, such as raise of transparency of financial information service as well as continuous strengthening of safety of information system operation. Thus, financial institutions pay much investment and efforts in security of relevant system so that no financial information is leaked, but information leakage by malicious users outside as well as internal system users also happen frequently. Therefore, financial information system should be operated and managed by internal system users who were duly authorized with access rights. So this study is going to analyze and examine, as a relevant advanced study, user certification technology and various compliances, and suggest a framework which satisfies the condition of financial information system internal user certification model based on this. It is expected that securing of safety management in financial information system through the framework suggested as well as response to illegal leakage of financial information will be possible.
