Abstract

본 연구에서는 수출중소기업이 어려움을 겪고 있는 수출대금 결제방식의 문제를 기존의 거래방식의 문제점을 분석하여 전자결제를 통해 대응방법을 제시하고자 하였다. 정보통신의 발달과 금융환경의 변화에 따라 무역환경은 빠른속도로 변화하고 있다. 기존 전자무역 결제방식은 B2B거래에 많이 사용되어가는 추세이지만, 중소기업에서 실질적으로 사용할 수 있는 시스템은 많지 않다. 또한 최근 무역결제방식의 추세 역시 무신용장방식으로 변화되면서 수출중소기업의 대금결제 사고 비율도 늘어나고 있으며 이에 대한 대응책이 필요한 시점이다. 본 연구에서는 수출중소기업의 현황과 기존 전자무역 결제방식의 장단점을 분석하고, 저비용, 거래당사자의 편의성을 확대할 수 있는 방법으로 B2C거래에 까지 활용할 수 있는 에스크로제도의 도입 필요성과 거래당사자의 활용방안에 대해 제시하였다.Under this study, it is intended to present responsive method through the electronic payment on issues of export proceeds payment method where small and medium-sized export enterprises encounter with significant difficulty by analyzing the issues of existing transaction method. Following the development of information communication and change of financial environment, the trade environment is swiftly changing. Existing e-commerce payment method is significantly used in the B2B transactions now, but there are not many systems to actually use for small and medium-sized enterprises. In addition, the recent trend of trade payment method frequently facilitate the non-letter of credit method that the ratio of proceeds payment troubles for those small and medium-sized export enterprises is on the rise. Under this study, the strengths and weaknesses of the status of small and medium-sized export enterprises and existing e-commerce payment method are analyzed and the need of introducing the escrow system that may be facilitated at low cost and for B2C transaction as well as its operation plan are proposed.
