Abstract
In this paper, the preschool education major students in a university from Chongqing has been surveyed from five dimensions, and the current situation of preschool teachers information literacy is analyzed. The results show that the pre-service preschool teachers information awareness, information ability and digital reading guidance ability are at a qualified level, while their information knowledge is at a moderately low level and their information ethics is at a good level. It is suggested to improve the information literacy of pre-service preschool teachers from the aspects of information literacy theoretical knowledge learning, information literacy curriculum system construction and information literacy practice opportunities.
