Abstract

Employee Loyalty and Employee Turn-over are matters of serious concern for Human Resources Management across the globe today. With the current scenario of shortage in skilled and intelligent labour, employees have developed an attitude of job-hop, which is indicative of the fact that employees are less loyal to their existing Organisation. To overcome this situation and control employee turn-over, Human Resources Management in Organisations need to implement settings, policies and programms, leading to job satisfaction of employees, which only will lead to control of otherwise uncontrollable employee turn-over. In this study, an attempt is made to examine the effectiveness of satisfaction as an antecedent to increase in employee loyalty and decrease in turn-over intention of employees, in Pharmaceutical Industry_
