Abstract

This study explores the implementation of a human resource information system with the goal of enhancing staff experience. By integrating technology and HR processes, the study seeks to streamline information management, optimize communication, and facilitate efficient HR operations. The research analyzes the impact of the HRIS on staff satisfaction, engagement, and overall experience within the organization through a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, the study evaluates the system effectiveness in addressing staff needs, and fostering a more positive work environment.
