Abstract
Since 2012, Chinese universities have started the research upsurge of application-oriented teaching mode. The experiential teaching mode of setting up learning teams, discussing cases in class and completing entrepreneurial projects or practical projects outside the classroom has become popular. Not many scholars have carried out research on How to build an efficient learning team. Based on the innate trait theory, this paper analyzes the typical personality conflicts in college students' learning teams, the leadership problems of team leaders, the problems of team goals, performance appraisal and team culture. Then, from the perspective of team members' personality structure, leader leadership optimization, team goal setting, performance appraisal system, team culture construction and so on, this paper puts forward some countermeasures, so as to improve the efficiency of College Students' experiential learning.
