Abstract

To reduce the energy consumption of nuclear power plants, this paper studies the control mode of changing the condensate pump frequency to variable speed regulation, using permanent magnet flexible transmission technology to change the speed of the condensate pump, and the control strategy of deaerator water level and the outlet pressure of condensate pump is redesigned to achieve the purpose of energy saving. Through the study of control strategy, process design analysis, theoretical calculation, and process simulation of the full-range simulator, the feasibility of the proposed method is confirmed, which provides an important reference for the improvement of energy saving and speed regulation of auxiliary machines in nuclear power plants.
